The Cybils: 2009 short lists

I haven't been paying attention to this year's Cybils (the Children's and Young Adult Bloggers' Literary Awards), but nominations were collected last fall and the finalists were announced yesterday. What do you mean, Any Which Wall and Fat Cat aren't on the lists?? (But Operation Yes is! And The Dust of 100 Dogs is another excellent story.)
